High-end processing equipment

Our industrial solution can be engineered based on commercially available steel processing equipment (Trumpf, Amada, Panasonic). We can also engineer customised automated processes (integrated cutting welding and machining processes) in case of high-volume series.

We have developed a FAT/SAT protocol in combination with milestone payments to manage the mobilisation of equipment from the different equipment manufacturing partners till full commissioning at our factory.

Packaging, loading and supply chain engineering are important aspects to assure good integration in the assembly process of our clients.

Minimising waste, optimising container loading, fit for unloading, and caring about safety concerns during unpacking are all summarised for discussion and approval by our customers through detailed Packing Cards, loading/unloading instructions and call-off procedures.
