ArcelorMittal Sheet Metal Processing is part of the ArcelorMittal Projects business division. We manufacture, source and supply precision fabricated coated parts made from sheet metal. These parts are being used in our customer’s assembly lines and help achieve our mission to keep our customer’s assembly lines running.

Our manufacturing bases in China and Egypt follow the concept of lean manufacturing designed for industrial excellence.

Excellence throughout the manufacturing process

We control and trace quality and productivity at every step throughout the manufacturing process. This is done by using a professional ERP system that manages stock count, raw material consumption and fabrication steps.

Inspired by the automotive industry, we manage the industrialisation of new or modified components through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) process based on ISO/IATF 16949:2016. We always seek to automate the manufacturing process whenever volumes allow us to do so.

We have extensive experience in processing of (pre-galvanized) carbon and stainless steel, as well as aluminium. Our products can be e-coated with powder painting, liquid painted or post galvanised.
