The Pipe & Coating Mill enables Projects Middle East to produce and process high-quality HSAW/ SSAW API Certified pipes for the Middle East and neighbouring countries. This helps us to serve our customers in an even more efficient and flexible way and to provide the most cost-effective solutions.

The Projects Middle East Pipe Mill is strategically located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with the port less than 2 km away. The location makes it possible to import raw materials and export finished goods in a cost-effective manner. It also takes away all logistical challenges.

Our products are backed by the technical expertise of highly qualified people with an average experience of more than 15 years in HSAW/SSAW Pipe manufacturing and anti-corrosion coating. Our products are compliant with International Standards.

Steel sheet piling for temporary shoring application

It is well known that steel is sustainable as it can be recycled and reused. During the rental cycles, steel sheet piles are used several times over a period that may reach many years and, at the end of their life, 100% of the steel sheet piles are recycled.

The added value of temporary sheet piles:

• The rental business model expands the idea of a circular economy: higher up in the waste hierarchy, it takes volumes from recycling into reuse. The impact on the environment and society is greatly reduced by the rental of sheet piles.
• The physical inventories at construction companies are reduced – these are now held by the rental business rather than the construction companies and can be put to much more intensive use.
• Better soil and land quality – as steel sheet piles are completely removed from the ground when they are no longer needed.
