The Netherlands

At our recently renovated facility in the Netherlands, steel tubes, sheet piles and steel beams can be blasted and painted:

  • Weights up to 50 ton 
  • Lengths up to 90 meter
  • Tubes with diameter up to 3,000 mm
  • Sheet piles all types in single, double, or triple
  • Beams (HZM) all types and dimensions

The blasting and abrasive recovery system is fully functional and can meet the following requirements:

  • Cleanliness up to SA3
  • Roughness min 50 microns, up to 90–110 microns

The painting is applied manually for all types of epoxy coating systems.

United Arab Emirates
