ArcelorMittal Energy Projects is able to offer OCTG casing, tubing and various tubular accessories according to all international standards. Products are manufactured from seamless hot-rolled tubes and fitted with different types of connections, such as:

• Threaded and coupled (J&C) according to API 5CT - BTC, LTC, STC
• Semi Premium connection with high torque properties – AM  RAZR
• Premium connection (Cal. IV) according to ArcelorMittal patented design for more stirigent conditions - AM BLADE™

Onshore line pipe

ArcelorMittal Energy Projects is able to deliver pipelines for transportation of fluids and gases under pressure, as well as pipelines for plants, where oil, gas and refined products are transported through complex networks of interconnected pipelines.

We are able to provide a wide range of tubular products (seamless and welded – large diameter LSAW and spiral SAW) in various grades and diameters. The tubes are manufactured in accordance to particular project specifications and national or international standards.

Our tubular products are suited for the most demanding conditions, such as:

• Corrosive environment
• Low and high temperatures
• High pressure
• Sour service

Moreover, ArcelorMittal Energy Projects has ample experience supplying high strength hot rolled coils, either to pipe makers or directly to project owners who, in turn, free issue these coils to pipe makers. In fact, we are able to count on our sister company ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products to provide steel for welded line pipes:

• HRC for HFI and HSAW
• Plates for LSAW

Offshore line pipe- Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF)

During the last few years, offshore oil extraction activity has been constantly increasing. New platforms are being continuously installed in different parts of the world and operate in deeper and deeper waters. The safe and efficient interconnection from the topside platforms and vessels to the wellheads and pumps on the seafloor is necessary to guarantee reliable oil extraction operations.

Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) form this vital link among the various centres of operation. They must be able to withstand high mechanical and chemical stresses, high operating temperatures and pressures in order to ensure the continuous and reliable supply of services in the harsh environments below the sea.

In addition, we can offer welding solutions with technical support offered from ArcelorMittal R&D centre in Ghent Belgium.
