ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Jubail / JESCO (Saudi Arabia)

ArcelorMittal Jubail is a new state-of-the-art seamless tube mill in Saudi Arabia designed and built to serve the fast-growing energy-producing markets of Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond.

In 2021 ArcelorMittal Jubail has completed the acquisition of Jubail Energy Services Company (JESCO) from TAQA Industrialisation and Energy Services Company. The transaction, which reaffirms ArcelorMittal's commitment to Saudi Arabia and the country’s Vision 2030 plan, creates a regional champion by combining Saudi Arabia’s two leading tubular product producers.

With a combined capacity of 1 million tonnes per annum, Jubail is prepared to produce a full range of products suited for the upstream, midstream and downstream energy markets, as well as for industrial and process applications. The goal is to provide the best in class quality, reliability, value, and innovation to our local and international customers.

Technology

ArcelorMittal Jubail features one of the most sophisticated seamless tube-making technologies, namely: “Premium Quality Finishing (PQF®)”, supplied by SMS Meer GmbH. The JESCO mill features the well-established FQM (Fine Quality Mill) technology from the Italian Danieli. Both mills represent the latest available seamless production technologies.

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Roman, Romania

AMTP Roman is a robust seamless mill complex in Romania, producing quality line pipes, standard seamless pipes and OCTG. The products are being supplied to Europe, the Middle East, India, North Africa and USA. Based on plug mill technology, the mill offers seamless pipes in the size range 6” to 16”.
