The AM-BLADE is a threaded and coupled premium gas tight connection developed over five years of research and development optimisation. Fully tested to API 5C5 Cal IV standards, it is available in sizes ranging from 4.5" to 13 3/8".
Due to the extended pin nose and shape of the seal, the AM-BLADE can offer maximum gas sealability while still allowing for flexibility during bending loads. Also, due to the flexibility of the sealing surface, we eliminate high contact stresses on the sealing surface allowing for a more uniform contact pressure along a much greater surface area.
