We are looking for a (sr) Account Manager!

Your role

As (sr) Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and business development across Europe, focusing on key clients in the energy construction industry, such as EPC contractors and fabricators. You will manage your own market area and customer base, ensuring strong relationships and solid commercial results by providing the right complete steel product solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and manage high-profile accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities project leads and expand the customer base through regular visits
  • Oversee complex tender bids and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure technical and commercial alignment across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international offices.
  • Monitor market trends and proactively identify opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the steel or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and large accounts.
  • Affinity, understanding of structural steel and energy-related projects.
  • Entrepreneurial and result driven.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; French or Spanish is an advantage.

Internal Collaboration

You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll also participate in kick-off meetings and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
