As Senior Account Manager, you will be part of our international team of dedicated professionals spread all around the world with a common goal and passion in mind – to provide complete, customised and sustainable steel solutions to our customers.
Do you have what it takes?
As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and business development activities within Taiwan and will further expand our presence in the Oil & Gas (upstream and/or downstream), and Energy market.
Background & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in (Mechanical) Engineering, Business or Marketing.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in industrial steel products.
- Basic technical steel knowledge and previous sales experience with Oil & Gas customers are an added advantage.
- Independent and proactive, with strong initiative and a positive working attitude.
- Ability to multitask with good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- In possession of the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
- Ability to grow in a dynamic working environment.
- Competency in PC skills and software applications.
What you'll be doing
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. - Sales and Negotiation:
- Understand client needs and present suitable products or
- Preparing sales quotations, tender proposals and commercial contracts.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits. - Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Developing strategies to meet sales targets and expanding the client base. - Coordination and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. - Problem-Solving:
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on account status, track key account metrics, and forecast sales results to inform business strategies
